The new BRIDGESTONE Battlax BT-023: A touring sport tire without compromise. With the new Battlax BT-023, BRIDGESTONE has developed a motorcycle tire that stands for outstanding driving characteristics in all conditions - both for leisurely touring and for sporty driving. The combination of high mileage and optimal wet grip on touring, as well as the high grip level and steering precision in sporty driving make the new BT-023 the first choice for touring sport vehicles of all weight classes. Constant driving characteristics The advanced technologies used in the new BT-023 bring significant improvements compared to its predecessor, the Battlax BT-021. Significant improvements have been made especially in the attributes of mileage and wet grip that are relevant for touring sport tires. But even the expectations that a sporty driver places on his tires are fulfilled by the BT-023. Mileage - wet grip The higher mileage and improved wet grip are mainly achieved through a redesigned profile and the use of new silica-rich rubber compounds. Comfort and stability The front and rear wheels of the BT-023 feature monospiral belt designs (MSBs) that allow the BT-023 to provide high self-damping, secure traction and the best straight-line stability on the highway. The used 3-layer compound rubber compound (3LC) on the rear wheel has an adhesive mixture on the tire shoulder and a more stable rubber compound in the middle of the tread. The result: a safe driving experience in all conditions.
