The 7075 T6 aluminum alloy produced in Austria for aviation is, among other things, comparable to some steel alloys due to its strength. Each sprocket and sprocket passes through 25 production stages and has to undergo more than 10 individual quality tests in order to successfully leave production. JT Sprockets manufactures in the right way: by turning, milling and drilling! In this way, JT achieves the optimum profile of the toothing in the highest quality with a minimum tolerance. Each item is tested by hand again - so JT Sprockets sets new quality standards in the motorcycle industry.
